COLUMBIA, S.C. (July 17, 2026) — Rhodes Branding, an education-focused strategic branding and marketing agency, has been awarded a South Carolina statewide term contract for Marketing Services by the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, Division of Procurement Services.
Under Solicitation 5400028536, the state issued its Intent to Award on July 15, 2026, with the contract taking effect July 25, 2026. The initial term runs through December 19, 2027, with a maximum contract period extending through December 19, 2028.
The statewide term contract streamlines procurement for South Carolina school districts, community colleges, and technical colleges, allowing them to engage Rhodes Branding for marketing services without conducting a separate competitive solicitation. This gives public education institutions across the state a pre-vetted, contract-ready partner for strategic branding, enrollment marketing, community engagement, and related communications work.
"We're proud to be positioned as a trusted partner for education leaders across South Carolina," said Dan Wyar, President of Rhodes Branding. "This contract makes it easier for districts and colleges across the state to access the marketing support they need to reach families and students in today’s competitive environment."
Rhodes Branding also anticipates the award of a second South Carolina statewide term contract for Education Consulting Services, expected to be finalized soon.
