Campaign Named Among the Most Impactful Multicultural Advertising Moments of 2026
Austin, Texas — Rhodes Branding announced today that "The Future Moves With Us," a campaign created in partnership with Washtenaw Intermediate School District in Michigan, has been named to the Mosaic 10 of 2026 by the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The honor was revealed on the mainstage at ADMERICA, the AAF's annual national conference, in Austin, Texas.
The Mosaic 10 is a consumer-selected list that recognizes the most impactful multicultural advertising, marketing, and media moments of the past year. Selections are determined through a methodology that engages a diverse panel of consumers who evaluate and score submissions based on cultural authenticity, resonance, and impact. Being named to the Mosaic 10 places “The Future Moves With Us” campaign among the most recognized multicultural advertising work in the country.
"This recognition belongs to the WISD community as much as it does to ours," said Dan Wyar, President of Rhodes Branding. "The work we created together was rooted in the real stories of their students and community. When a campaign does that well, people notice. Being recognized by the AAF is a reflection of how much authenticity matters in today’s media environment."
The Mosaic 10 is presented annually by the AAF at ADMERICA, its national conference for advertising, marketing, and media professionals. The initiative is a cornerstone of the AAF's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the advertising industry.
"This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the authentic voices and experiences of the students we serve,” said Dr. Ryan Rowe, WISD Director of CTE. "From the beginning, our goal was not simply to promote Career Technical Education (CTE), but to capture how students see their futures and the role that career-connected learning plays in shaping informed and inspired plans for life after graduation. Through our partnership with Rhodes Branding, we were able to tell a story that is both personal and powerful, and we are honored that this student-centered message has resonated with so many."
"The Future Moves With Us" campaign created a unified career and technical education brand strategy across nine school districts in Washtenaw County. Rhodes Branding led the engagement from research and brand strategy through visual identity, video production, and a public launch at the 2025 WISD CTE Summit. The campaign helped build community understanding and alignment in advance of a pivotal ballot measure. In November 2025, Washtenaw County voters passed a 10-year CTE millage projected to raise more than $25 million in its first year alone.
