In partnership with Rhodes Branding, WRESA set out to bring visibility to the teaching experience across Western North Carolina. Supported by the Dogwood Health Trust Grant, this initiative focused on capturing authentic stories from teachers to showcase the real-world impact of educator development in the region—and to strengthen evaluation documentation and recruitment efforts.
The campaign began with a collaborative planning phase to align on goals, define roles, and establish key timelines. From there, Rhodes Branding conducted interviews with teachers from participating districts, collecting powerful testimonials about their time in the classroom. These narratives became the foundation for a flagship commercial video, shorter cutdowns, and a suite of professional still photographs—all crafted to connect emotionally with viewers while communicating the broader value of WRESA’s work.
To complement the storytelling efforts, Rhodes also developed a custom, ADA-compliant microsite to serve as a centralized hub for promoting student teaching opportunities. Designed with intuitive navigation, mobile optimization, and search-friendly content, the platform equips WRESA with a dynamic tool to support both awareness and engagement for years to come.
Together, these efforts helped WRESA not only meet its documentation goals, but also position the organization as a champion of teacher development across the region—one story, one site, and one future educator at a time.
